About Real Life Church
Real Life. Real People. Real Relationships.
John Keats once wrote, "Nothing ever becomes real until you have experienced it."
Our mission is to experience life, people, and relationships in Christ and through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our vision is to offer real life in Christ and to offer it with a passion for spreading God's glory and His kingdom.
The Word of God
The Bible is God's Word and contains all the answers to life's questions. Our faith is firmly ground in the Scriptures. (2 Timothy 3:26)
Prayer
We are totally reliant on God’s answers to our prayers for the provision, power, and progress of Real Life. (Ephesians 6:18)
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is Real Life’s ultimate guide, so we seek His direction in everything we do. (Ephesians 5:18)
Celebration
Worshipping God in “Spirit and truth” is our celebration of God’s awesomeness and our dependence on Him. (John 4:24)
Mission
The Holy Spirit directs us to intentionally take the gospel of Jesus Christ into the marketplace, the local community, the national community, and the world. (Acts 1:8)
Family
God designed the family to nurture, strengthen, and teach people–young and old. Our society is only as strong as our families. (Joshua 24:15
Children and Youth
Our young are close to God’s heart. Reaching the “next generation” assures the life of the church. (Matthew 19:14)
Culture
“Real” Christianity works in the “real” world. The good news of Jesus Christ is totally relevant to today’s culture and lifestyle. (Romans 1:14)
Relationships
“Real” relationships, where people stay connected to provide acceptance and accountability, are essential to real growth. (Acts 2:44)
Team
When we join our hearts and hands together as a team, God’s work can be accomplished. (I Corinthians 3:9)
